Tomatoes, Chillies (the Chillies are dehydrated into Chilli Flakes at home), Garlic and Onions are home grown from seeds and sets from UK suppliers using Westland Peat Free Compost and Farmyard manure as fertiliser & Westland Tomato or General Purpose Food for added nutrients.
Apples are picked from the Apple Tree in our garden.
Dark Muscavado Sugar is Waitrose Fairtrade sugar.
White Vinegar is sourced from Puregro and is simply spirit vinegar.
