Next on Your Table’s Green Tomato Chutney is a premium, small batch, artificial preservative and additive free condiment hand-made in the UK from UK sourced ingredients.
The key ingredient is the Green Tomatoes (a mix of Tigerella, Tumbling Tom, Crimson Crush and Lizzano Tomatoes) which Mark grows at home fresh from seed every year.
To complete the product Mark mixes the Tomatoes with home grown onions and salts them overnight before simmering them in Dark Muscavado Sugar and White Vinegar with added flavour home grown apples, garlic and chilli flakes.
