Apache Chillies are home grown from seeds from UK suppliers, using Westland Peat Free Compost as the growing medium and & Westland Tomato Food.  They are then cold smoked for 12 hours using Oak wood dust.

Romano Peppers are sourced from Thanet Earth, Britain’s leading glasshouse complex and smoked alongside the Chillis.

Apple Cider Vinegar is sourced from Biona Organic, specifically its organic, unfiltered, raw, fermented apple cider vinegar.

Jam Sugar is Tate & Lyle Fair Trade Jam Sugar (which is simply cane sugar with added pectin)
