Both Back and Yellow Mustard Seeds are used in the pickling liquid. The pickles are designed to contain none of the UK’s other 13 Allergens. However they are hand-made in a multi-use kitchen and, whilst care is taken to minimise the risk of cross contamination, the pickles may contain traces of any allergen.
