West African chicken marinade recipe

Ingredients: -
 6 skinned chicken thighs
 1 jar of Zims Tribe extra hot chilli saucy marinade
 Wild rice or salad to serve
Method: -
 1. Using scissors make cuts into the chicken thighs, to help the marinade penetrate the flesh. Put the chicken into a bowl, add the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours, no more than 2 days.
 2. Set the oven temperature to 200c/180c fan or gas mark 6. Place the chicken and any marinade left in the bowl, into a roasting dish.  Spread the chicken out evenly in the dish and put in to the oven for 30 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked before serving by ensuring the juices of the chicken run clear.
 3. Serve with wild rice, there is enough sauce to stop the rice being dry,  or salad for a tasty and easy supper.
