I have done every job within a restaurant, and quite a lot of those in hotels – from washing dishes, making beds, spinning pizzas and waiting on tables. From restaurant manager to regional director where I led 5 area managers, responsible for 55 restaurants with a turnover of £48 million of net sales.
I’ve opened around 50 restaurants in my career and I am adept at all aspects of restaurant openings project management.
My experience also includes that of HR Director of 140 restaurants and 3000 team members, so I can help with the full restaurant operation.
